Channel Impact is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide on going support to our client. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a growing and active group, involved in high profile and strategic partner initiatives.

This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide support for calendaring, booking travel, managing expenses, along with management and oversight of special projects, as needed. To perform these tasks effectively, you will be expected to become familiar with the products, people, and organizational dynamics within the client's organization. You will be expected to understand how to handle, with a great degree of independence and executive acumen, incoming requests for time, meetings, resources and other needs from the Client. You will be responsible for determining when to refer matters to others, and to whom they should be referred. You will be responsible for following up to ensure proper disposition, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

- Calendar Management: Client's calendars by prioritizing schedules and meetings. For example, may decide who gets on principal's calendar, which meetings are attended, and who can attend in his place.

- Meeting Planning and Organization: Assists Client in planning and organizing internal and customer meetings by taking responsibility for assembling and communicating the agenda, venue, meeting technology (WebEx, TP), catering, and all other meeting logistics. Organizes internal briefings and disseminates briefing documents to key stakeholders as needed to insure a successful outcome.

- Correspondence/Approvals: Supports Client by acting as proxy for communications and approvals as authorized. Answers general questions as necessary and refers (filters) routine matters to appropriate parties and follows up to ensure proper disposition. May be required to create and deliver correspondence on behalf of the principal.

- Travel: Responsible for making travel arrangements for the Client. Carefully considers and decides the optimum travel arrangements and itinerary for calendared meetings while managing Client's expenses.

- Expenses: Submits timely expense reports by following Client's corporate guidelines and policies.

-Special Projects: In addition to the general administrative duties of an Administrative Assistant, daily tasks are carried out at a higher level of complexity. This includes analytical support to assist Client on special projects, researching issues, analyzing problems, determining approaches, compiling data and preparing reports. Provides assistance with creating basic PowerPoint presentations, organizational charts and Excel spreadsheets needed for tracking team and corporate deliverables as needed for the Director.

-Due to frequent customer and partner engagement of the Client this individual will interface directly with our customers and partners. Attention to detail is a must. Work is generally of a critical and confidential nature. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and execute multiple tasks.


Minimum Qualifications:

-4+ years' experience in an executive environment.

-Previous Cisco experience.

-AA or equivalent experience.

-Past work experience in the high-tech industry is desired.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of Executive/Senior staff and clients.

-Collaborative style, with excellent teamwork.

-Champions improvements; solves problems and makes decisions; demonstrates leadership.

-Works in an organized and disciplined manner. Detail-oriented. Proactive by nature.

-Expert level knowledge of Mac/Windows desktop computer applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

-Ability to format high level presentations.

-Advanced desktop calendar management program experience.

-Possesses a positive, "can-do" attitude.
