[KITlist] Marketing Communications Project Manager (Los Altos, CA)

Marketing Communications Project Manager will plan, execute and manage marketing communication projects across various media platforms including print, digital and web for Contrast Security. Will work closely with corporate / product marketing and sales teams, and will oversee and manage various integrated communication projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 * Manage Corporate Marketing projects, including promotional materials, product literature, e-mail campaigns, etc.

* Manage creation of content for defined sections of corporate website such as: events, careers, company info, etc. Work cross-functionally to ensure content is up-to-date and relevant.

* Build a robust social media program leveraging existing content and event schedules as enticement to engage. 

* Evaluate online advertising in social channels and track program.

* Manage content creation of corporate literature ensuring collateral meets corporate branding guidelines. 

* Work with external resources such as graphic designers and printers to achieve objectives.


* Manage corporate PowerPoint portfolio. Ensure speaker presentations align with branding guidelines and product messaging. Collaborate closely with corporate / product marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with goals and consistency in messaging.

* Assist with proofreading and writing and consult on the creation of data sheets, web and digital initiatives, literature, promotions, etc.

* Will help report and track on various programs utilizing cloud tools such as Hubspot (marketing automation) and SalesForce.

* Will assist in building outbound communications programs utilizing Hubspot workflows and campaigns.

* Develop understanding and knowledge of the industry and customer segments, their needs and requirements to support the Contrast product offering.

* Perform other tasks as needs and requirements arise.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field.

* Minimum of 5 years experience in a corporate marketing communications function, preferably in organizations supporting enterprise security.

* High comfort level with IT and enterprise security topics required.

* Proven ability at learning in-depth product knowledge within multiple product lines.<

* Ability to embrace and proactively support integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation for Contrast enterprise products.

* Experience working in a cross-functional environment.

* Proactive self-starter able to work autonomously and as a team-player.

* Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

* Strong project management skills, driving projects to completion in a timely, efficient fashion.

* High level of intensity and comfort level within changing environment.

* Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite to make minor changes to documents. 

Non-negotiable Hiring Criteria<

* This position does not offer relocation assistance.

* Must work onsite at our beautiful Los Altos, California headquarters

* Strong written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills

* Expert using the Microsoft Office Suite especially PowerPoint

* Experience with SalesForce and / or marketing automation tools and concepts
