Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time Project Manager-Email consultant for our technology client in San Francisco, CA. The Project Manager will support the strategic planning and development and drive production and execution of email program. The Manager will be responsible for email coordination for product launches, cross-sell, up-sell, and across other teams emailing into the server base. Candidates will have the ability to assist in and ensure the completion of the strategic planning phase, but will primarily focus on the successful execution of email communications within a high energy, fluid environment. The ideal consultant possesses meticulous marketing project management skills and who is always on top of multiple emails in various stages of the build process.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with product marketing to get content finalized:
o Coordinate blog post links and go-live dates and times
o Landing page go-live dates
o Assign out design work for image treatment
o Work with designers to complete work
* Manage quarterly waterfall prioritization of cohorts
* Weekly project management toward deadlines
o Manage dependencies across copy, imagery, URLs / landing pages. (working with Product Marketing Managers, Designers, Content team, and Analytics)
o Shuffle calendar as changes come up (working with email operations team)
* Oversee the end-to-end production and implementation of each communication.
Skills:
* 3-5 years strong marketing project management experience, for at least one enterprise technology company or agency
* ExactTarget experience and/or basic HTML and SQL skills preferred
* Must have direct marketing/email marketing experience, including a baseline knowledge of on one or more email service/ESP
* Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail is required to execute multiple, simultaneous programs flawlessly
* Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines
* Internal customer-service oriented, personable, positive attitude
* Bachelors' degree
Rate:
D.O.E as an employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)
Duration:
35 hours per week starting ASAP - July 24, 2017

Fully onsite at client offices in San Fracisco, CA. No phone calls, please.
