Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for a full time/salaried Partner Marketing Manager for our client based in San Mateo. The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing highly effective marketing programs and demand generation campaigns in conjunction with a range of technology, reseller/referral, service and strategic partners. The Manager will develop, manage, and track the success of joint marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, joint field marketing events, tradeshows, webinars and email campaigns.
This position must interface professionally and effectively with our partner representatives as well as internal marketing, sales and business development teams when planning campaigns and events with partners.
Successful candidates will have the ability to be strategic and lead a small team as well as roll-up their sleeves and be a high-functioning individual contributor. Seeking candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit who are collaborative and take an innovative approach to marketing. Must be willing to take our clients aptitude test in order to be considered for the role.
Responsibilities:
Develop and drive the partner co-marketing strategy and program
Lead the development and management of partner marketing programs designed to generate new sales leads and grow the pipeline
Plan and execute co-marketing programs with partners
Build partner oriented content, coordinating with the Product and Marketing team
Manage and host partner events both live and online
Develop joint collateral and tools in conjunction with Product Marketing
Report on campaign results, ensuring ROI is measured for all campaigns
Travel 1-2 times per quarter to attend partner events and industry trade shows
Represent the company and product at internal and external events in a professional manner
Skills:
6+ years experience in enterprise partner marketing or closely related areas
Experience working on world-class B2B software products
An understanding of product positioning, promotion and return on marketing investment
Strong written and visual communicator
Strong project management skills
Excellent cross-functional team player that can excel at both strategy and execution
Highly driven self-starter that who thrives in a dynamic environment
BS/BA and related work experience required, MBA a plus

D.O.E; as a full time, salaried employee of client
LOCATION:
Fully onsite at clients San Mateo headquarters
HOURS/DURATION:
Standard business hours, PST. February 28, 2017 full time employment. No phone calls, please.
