The Crawford Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Program Manager to join our team in Campbell, CA. The Digital Marketing PM will develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Responsibilities:
> Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media campaigns for all audiences (customers consultants)
> Build and maintain our social media presence-establish best practices for traffic and audience growth
> Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for account based marketing
> Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end experience across multiple channels and touch points
Requirements:
> BS degree in marketing or related field
> Proven working experience in digital marketing
> Demonstrate experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media campaigns
> Experience with A/B testing
> Knowledge of website analytics tools
> Strong knowledge of Hubspot and integrating social campaigns within the tool
> Experience with WordPress
> Experience with Bullhorn a plus
> Content writing/blogging creation is desired not required
Rate:
> D.O.E. as a W-2 employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)
Location:
> Onsite at our Campbell, CA. offices. No phone calls, please.
