Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is in search of a Program Manager for a consulting role in San Jose, CA. Our client is in need for someone to manage a re-launch of sales plays within their sales organization. These sales plays are joint solutions to their alliances partners.
As part of the plays, they need kitted collaterals which can be leveraged. These kits will include professionally produced, clear content on the value proposition, differentiation, GTM, alliance eco-system.
The program manager will implement and execute this project. This person will be responsible for selecting a vendor to produce the content, and ensure that it is produced and accurate, and then launched to the appropriate audiences.
Responsibilities:
* Understand the objectives of the sales play program, as well as the high-level value proposition of each play
* Collate existing materials and understand the form/function of each one
* Structure an outline of the sales playbooks, with eye toward the target audiences
* Manage the content vendor
* Schedule reviews and discussions with key teams members
* Champion the value of the kits
Requirements:
* Proven experience as program manager that has implemented and executed solutions marketing programs
* Program Manager with a Solutions Marketing, Collateral Content, Content Build up, Data Center Space Background
* Ability to manage outside vendors
* Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
* Excellent communication skills
Rate:
D.O.E. as a W2 employee of Crawford Group
Location:
San Jose, CA with ability to work from home for 50 percent of project
Hours/Duration:
Part-time, 22 hours a week
