Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for a Graphic Designer for our technology client based in Mountain View, CA. The principle graphic designer will be responsible for conceiving and producing a wide range of creative assets to support internal stakeholders.
The environment will be fast paced and require agile decision making to deliver the most impactful creative solutions for both print and digital needs. The graphics files you deliver will fuel marketing groups and beyond as a key function of the Brand Creative team. This is a hands on design role and will be supported by outside agencies as needed to scale to the demand, and you will have direct oversight of these agencies.
The ability to collaborate while being able to communicate convincing decisions for the designs you offer is highly important.
Responsibilities:
Understand and master the brand including strategy and components of the visual language, typography, palette, iconography and other graphic elements
Adapt and apply the brand to various deliverables in a manner that drives both consistency and creative problem solving to achieve the highest impact
Produce all manner of digital and print creative including email banners, digital and print advertising, collateral, event signage, diagrams, icons, e-guides and more
Interact with the creative services team, stakeholders and outside agencies in a way that fosters collaboration while driving toward solutions that meet deadlines and deliver the highest quality
Maintain and organize archives of assets, tools and source files in a way that promotes collaborative resource sharing
Balance multiple projects at any one time, understand priorities, and be flexible to quickly change focus as priorities evolve
Skills:
Strong visual design, layout and typographic skills with a sharp attention to detail
5+ years of experience in graphic design roles in Marketing and/or agency environments
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat
Demonstrated expertise in both digital and print file production
Experienced in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Rate:
D.O.E. as a W-2 employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)
Location:
Onsite role in Mountain View, CA. No phone calls, please.
Hours/Duration:
Full time consulting, ASAP – ongoing
