The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving Sales and business development for our company, though initial focus is East Coast region. Must have Telematics and Outside Sales Experience!


We are looking for a highly motivated leader who will instantiate the Challenger Sales model as the standard for the Sales organization.


The ideal candidate has managed major account teams and regional sales account teams. He or she excels at researching and understanding the customer's business plans and needs, using that understanding to push customer's thinking toward solutions that incorporate our company's


s services as an integral part of the customer's business automation. He or she also brings back the synthesized learning from customer interactions, presenting the needs of the market, competitive analysis, and customer viewpoint within the organization.


Key responsibilities for this dynamic role include:


Build/develop company's sales revenue to meet or exceed plan:


Possess strong telematics market knowledge, vocabulary and ability to create a differentiated solution that aligns with customer strategies


Develop and maintain strong, professional customer relationships, representing company


Champion customers within company


Synthesize competitive landscape informing and enabling Product, Engineering and Support to provide best-in-industry solution.


Ensure systems are in place to support Sales and Business Development needs as the company grows


Provide responsive and flexible collaboration with other departments to support corporate goals and objectives


Required Skills Experience


Minimum fifteen years sales experience in a B2B service sector-preferably the telematics industry


Inside sales management experience a plus but not required


Major Account and Regional sales management experience required


Must have a Bachelor Degree at an accredited institution


Concise written and verbal communication required


Goal-oriented and highly self-motivated


Poised communication self-assured interpersonal style
