We are looking for a creative, experienced, and high energy Partner Communication Manager to join the team at Channel Impact. This is a PART TIME, long term, opportunity with Channel Impact. You will be required to work on site with our clients in their San Francisco offices two days/week.

In this role, you will be working along side a team of channel careerists, supporting multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate is hands on, and is an expert at managing partner portals, developing web content, writing success stories, building presentations and other communication related assets.

What You Will Be Doing:

-Leverage in-depth knowledge of Partner to effectively develop strong partner messaging focused on "what's in it for the partner" business value

-Develop programs to monitor partnership satisfaction and improvement opportunities with the client's partner sales and marketing support

-As a channel marketing team member, represent partner interest in the development of the client's sales and marketing programs

-Establish overall channel communication strategy, plan and metrics that support the business strategy and priorities

-Develop an internal and external approach for segmented communications delivering the right message to the right individuals at the right time

-Develop Social Media strategy and drive and maintain presence for the client in this space

-Partner with corporate communications extended teams to ensure message alignment in support of company's corporate strategy

-Serve as a trusted channel marketing advisor working with all Geo's to understand their specific needs and requirements

-Responsible for Partner Surveys including curating feedback and presenting recommendations based on findings to executive staff

-Understand industry, organization and functional stakeholder perceptions and communication needs with a focus on delivering what partners need

What You Bring To The Team:

-5-10+ yrs experience in an enterprise marketing role preferably within the tech industry, preferably with strong partner marketing experience

-Strong writing, editing, proofreading skill set with the ability to present concepts verbally

-Ability to assess, plan, and organize many activities at once

-Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities and disciplines

-Strong collaboration and relationship building skills

-Excellent time management and communication skills

-High energy and passion with a "can do" attitude

-Social Media knowledge preferred

-Executes with urgency

-Bachelor of Science degree
