Client: Large Networking firm
Terms: contract - W2 or Corp to Corp ; long term contract

We are looking for a Senior Finance project manager and a Business Analyst with skills in the following areas:

For the PM: 10-15 years of Program Mgmt, business analysis and project lifecycle experience implementing systems with hands on Finance knowledge including:

* Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
* Strong knowledge of common financial terms, key processes and theories- Strong knowledge abt Revenue, COGS, Bookings, etc concepts.
* Proven track record with various Finance groups, and liaison to IT to bring projects to market on time and on budget
* Prior experience implementing and/or using Oracle Essbase and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) solutions a plus. BO a plus.
* Past consulting and or professional services experience is preferred
* Project life cycle systems implementation experience with Oracle ERP or other Finance systems a must.

* Experience collaborating and working directly with business users
* Strong written communication skills including, business and functional requirements, management level presentations and proposals
* Ability to drive the project forward with a sense of urgency
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in addition to the ability to deal effectively with ambiguity will also be critical
* Self motivated. Fast paced. Driver.

The project is about end to end RESTATEMENT.
Bachelor´s degree minimum in an area of Accounting, Finance or MIS; CPA or MBA preferred

Must be able to provide at least 2-3 strong references.
