Our client is a leading software company offering global B2B e-commerce solutions for their clients. These solutions enable companies to increase and maximize their revenue through a number of different offerings. Work remotely if you choose or report to an office with minimal travel required to customer sites. As a result of the company's growth we are now seeking accomplished software sales professionals for these exciting opportunities:



Position title: Account Manager
Location: California (Bay area or Northern California preferred)





Position description:

In this role the Account Manager will call on a set of accounts in the SMB space located anywhere across the globe, and sell the company's SAAS software offerings. The candidate will have some existing accounts, but the focus will be on new accounts and driving new revenue.




Required/desired skills:

-5+ years of software sales experience with a proven track record of success and quota achievement. Experience selling any type of e-commerce, web-centric- call center, or contact center software offerings.
-Some recent software sales experience with SAAS products preferred. Experience selling to SMB market or to larger companies focused on SMB market a big plus
-Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to align company solutions to prospects needs
-Ability to understand prospect needs, competitor's offerings and position company offerings
-Meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets through prospecting for new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers
-Meet high level management of customer expectations and ability to adhere to tight deadlines is essential
-Proven track record in structuring & negotiating large complex e-commerce software solution sales
-Ability to discuss products and solutions in relation to the needs of the targeted applications at all levels of an organization
-Ability to demonstrate company offerings and help decision makers visualize how they can achieve goals & solve problems
-Maintain all relevant data in Salesforce.com automation tool to track opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts
-Ability to do moderate travel
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent
