Our Direct Integration Client is looking for a Human Resources Analyst a Long term Contract Position in IL    below is the Detail requirement

 

 

Human Resources – Analyst

 

Location: Bloomington, IL

 

Duration: Long Term

 

Rate: $Open

 

PROFESSIONAL SPECIFICATIONS:

 

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns.
  • High level of focus and attention to detail and Strong work ethic with good time management skills preferred.
  • Ability to work well in a team setting and Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

 

 

Skills and Experience:

·        Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or equivalent

·        Current or past HR experience  with  Strong learning agility  Ability to understand complex issues and simplify Ability to multi-task Project work experience.

·        Human Resource Consulting, Human Resource Knowledge (Competency), Human Resources Payroll Industry Knowledge, PeopleSoft HR Management Suite: Implement, Project Control/Administration

·        Maintains and enhances relationships with key business partners and HRSC units.

·        Minimal management direction required.

·        Leads and/or contributes to complex projects and completed staff work

·        Handles complex transactional issues,Actively involved with management in planning and improvements of various processes.

·        May be involved in the employment process of other analysts 

·        More involved in the training and development of various HRSC unit support level employees 

·        Serves as a mentor for other analysts and Trains other analysts 

·        In-depth knowledge of HRSC/HR/payroll policies, procedures and processes ¬ able to apply knowledge to customer issues/problems

·        May assume duties of HRSC Supervisor in his/her absence  

·        Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in utilizing PeopleSoft

·        In-depth knowledge of system job flows; understands the impacts of transactions   

·        Able to resolve more complex HR policy issues without direction from others 

·        Independently provides counsel to management and employees in interpreting HR policy issues 

·        Broad knowledge of services provided by all General departments and other functional areas within the company Is highly trusted by management and viewed as a credible resource
