Title: Portal Project Specialist
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 12+ months with quarterly renewal
Description:
Looking for a Portal Project Specialist to support the Global Meeting Portal and associated business processes and partners. This role requires the ability to work cross functionally, providing global support to individuals registering, planning and measuring the performance of clients meeting and events.
Responsibilities:
- Tracking of support requests - assessing requests received, assignment of requests to appropriate support personal, and ensuring that requests are closed in a timely manner.
- Monitoring of support and discussion forums.
- Uploading of data into the reporting systems.
- Maintaining the integrity of the data within the system.
- Conducting usability reviews with various cross-functional teams.
- Supports the technology leads on all testing requirements including facilitate meetings, compile feedback and provide one off testing.
- Creating support and process manuals.
- Providing training to various teams on processes.
- Provide reports on the performance of the portal in regards to support issues.
Required:
- Degree and knowledge of User Experience
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate well with strong interpersonal skills. They would need to have a proven track record working with virtual and global teams.
- Ability to network, benchmark and discover new and improved approaches
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
