Online Community Management Assistant
We are looking for Online Community Management Assistant for a global enterprise client in the Bay Area. The Community Management Assistant will support the Sr. Community Manager in performing community management tasks such as password help, and other system administration tasks in the Jive platform, on which the online community runs.
This is a 40 hours per week role for a 6 month period (extensions are highly likely). The contractor can work remotely from any location in the US. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
• Community administration such as spam cleanup, creating new spaces, managing user permissions, moving spaces, deleting spaces, creating new groups, managing widgets
• Review Community requests and determine appropriate responses
• Enforce Community guidelines and governance
• Work across teams to resolve user issues
• Work with Marketing IT on requests that require Jive involvement
• Work with Marketing IT to resolve technical issues
• Assist in user training and documentation
• Reporting on Community activity and assist in evaluating effectiveness of the Community and Community Programs
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years experience with Jive Community platform as a Community Manager or Administrator
• Understanding of HTML and CSS
• Experience with customer service and interaction
• Excellent communication skills
