Job Description
Azuga, a game changer in Cloud-GPS-Big Data software is looking for a world class Demand Generation specialist to drive programs that will feed quality leads to our Sales team. This is a startup and you will be the first marketer, probably the only marketer who matters and with room to grow into other areas of marketing.
 Responsibilities:
 Precision marketing automation execution (you should be able deconstruct this statement)

You may be a great fit for the team if the following statements resonate:

 When you hear the phrase 'revenue rock star', you understand that this is how marketing is measured today
 You know all about lead generation….and yet you are willing to forget all of it to seek out yet another creative path to get the job done i.e Google Adwords may or may not be 'table stakes'.
 You understand what it takes to get a 1.0 product differentiated and sold to business customers in a seemingly crowded marketplace
 You empathize with the needs of SMB 'guys in trucks' blue-collar verticals and adjust your messaging style with simple, earthy tones
 You seek to excel with a focus on delivering what is priority.
 You place high importance on quantitative and analytical skills. Sales is a numbers game and it begins with you.
 You understand what burn rate means and are nimble in switching lead-generation models to control burn depending on circumstances
 You are entrepreneurial - you see this job as a great foundation to growing into a GM or CEO one day.

Roles and all that:
 Initiate and execute the internal process for lead management, ensuring that all qualified leads are delivered to the appropriate sales manager at the right time
 Conceptualize, define and execute a diverse range of marketing programs, including cold calling, telemarketing, webinars, events, email campaigns, website offers
 Solid understanding of list procurement, list cleansing, marketing automation software, (Acton preferred), lead nurturing, campaign execution
 Analytical: Know how to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics.
 Vendor management: Ability to work with external resources to design campaigns, landing pages, call to action etc.
 Creativity in describing or designing messages and calls to action that make prospects sit up and take notice
 Excellent writing, presentation, communication and skills
 Knowledge of vertical markets is a plus – Local Trucking/Transportation
 Technical or business BS/BA
 Preferred, understanding of GPS/Fleet tracking systems, market and competitive landscape
