Responsibilities:

Create net new and leverage existing content to build engagement, effectively communicating a cohesive company story, on brand, with consistent tone and voice

Regularly meet with C-level executives, quickly learn their voice, uncover key insights and craft ghostwritten executive communications content for the corporate blog, scripts, briefs, speeches, etc.

Oversee content from a project management perspective, ensuring accurate versioning control, timely editorial review, approval and publishing deadlines are met

Create a master communications calendar to ensure a consistent and optimal cadence of communications

Skills:

5-7 years combined B2B customer facing corporate communications, copywriting, executive communications experience at an agency, business or media outlet. Must have experience working for at least one technology firm, client or publication.

Exceptional writing skills (please be prepared to provide links or examples of your work). Must have the ability to assess/understand varied audience needs and points of view and make technical information clear and easy to understand in the most compelling/interesting way.

A broad range of writing expertise, spanning corporate blogs, short form content for company web pages, 800-1000word media bylines, video/podcast/presentation scripts. Executive communications experience a strong plus.

Ability to write and edit concisely with accuracy and speed

Strong ability to build relationships, influence and communicate with ease at all levels (including executives.)

Strong project management skills. Must have the ability to work under tight deadlines and transition between multiple/simultaneous projects seamlessly.

Results oriented, energetic, efficient, resourceful team player with a dedication to excellence
