Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for a full time/permanent Conference and Speaker Program Manager to join our clients' Corporate Events Team that produces the world's largest gathering of service management professionals using the enterprise cloud services to change the way people work. The Conference and Speaker Program Manager will be a conduit to the amazing content team that drives the conference with over 80% of the presentations delivered by our customers. The Manager will ensure that the agenda is delivered in a way that maximizes the usefulness of the content to our conference attendees.

Responsibilities:
* Work with track owners, sponsors and the community to ensure the agenda best delivers content to attendees at company events
* Create and manage the conference content agenda
* Oversee the logistics around speaker registration, management of a standby speaker pool, and creation of the online schedule builder
* Manage the space allocation grid for sessions and all room configurations
* Manage all (standard and non-standard) session and speaker requirements for A/V equipment and furniture requests
* Interact directly with the speakers to ensure they have their speaker agreement, Speaker Resource Center access, deliverable timelines, hotel and registration information
* Make any speaker changes within the Lanyon tool and notify all track owners
* Ensure that all session room signage is correct and consistent with agenda
* Coordinate the creation of the Speaker Resource Center and all the supporting content within the SRC
* Track the session attendee counts and adjust room allocation as needed
* Manage the Speaker Ready Room on site
Skills:
* 5-7 years' combined speaker management/events/project management experience working on large user conferences in the high tech sector
* Very strong written communication skills
* Solid, hands on experience with registration conference/events platform/solutions (preferably Lanyon) is required
* A good understanding of the enterprise cloud services technology space
* Ability to interact directly with customers, partners and other speakers
* Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams
* Ability to travel as needed (30%)
Salary: Full time/permanent/salaried employee of client. Competitive total compensation package D.O.E., w2, including annual bonus and comprehensive benefits
Location: This position is fully onsite at clients' office in Santa Clara, CA. No phone calls, please.
Hours/Duration: Standard business hours, ASAP – permanent/full time employee of client
