This individual will take duties from engineering and product management, and translates them to field digestible (channel and sales) positioned documents, presentations, demand generation and thought leadership pieces (i.e. blogs, contributed articles, etc.). H/She will be responsible for pricing, positioning, placing Cylance products and services in front of prospects, while evangelizing and educating people about Cylance at trade shows, road shows, partner training, and customer engagements. Finally, this person will act as a soft sell resource for sales to discuss roadmaps, technology differentiation, competitive analysis, customer advocacy liaison, and have particular ownership for presenting at Cylance Unbelievable Demo Tours.
REQUIREMENTS
Represent Cylance to the public in a professional technically astute manner
Present CylancePROTECT, CylanceV and other products and Cylance Professional Services to customers, resellers, OEMS, and employees
Educate and train employees, resellers and OEMs on Cylance product and services
Create product collateral, white papers, videos, blogs, articles, etc. to properly communicate the value and differentiation of Cylance as a company, products and services
Support Regional Sales Directors and Security Engineers with resellers, prospects and customers
Work with Technical Marketing Manager to package and deliver Cylance offerings to the public
Attend and present Cylance at all regional trade shows, summits, seminars, and events with particular ownership for the Cylance Unbelievable Tour demos
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong security knowledge a must
Ability to technically discuss and demonstrate a variety of endpoint security solutions
5 to 7 years of previous experience supporting executives in a high-tech company
50% travel required
Effective verbal and written communicator
Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong relationship building skills
Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
Effective problem solving capabilities
Takes initiative and approaches all tasks and projects proactively
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision
Intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability, and positive approach
Requires the ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort
ABOVE AND BEYOND
Direct experience using, installing McAfee, Symantec, Trend Micro, Bromium, TRAPS or other endpoint security offerings
