Channel Impact is seeking an Inclusion and Collaboration Program Manager to help our client build a more diverse sales organization.

This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.

-Develop communications to help the enterprise-wide executive and inclusion leadership teams drive awareness of diversity initiatives and programs across the organization.

-Support Inclusion and Collaboration Business partners to drive diversity strategies and execute programs that foster inclusion and diversity across functional organizations

-Support the facilitation of training and education programs that foster inclusive behaviors and thinking among enterprise leaders and their teams.

- Responsible for developing key messaging to business leaders and the maintenance of virtual collaboration communities.

-Research diversity best practices, competitive statistics and other metrics for ongoing reporting to leaders.

Skill Sets:

- 5+yrs working in Inclusion Diversity

-Strong Communication Skills including the ability to copy write communications, prepare presentations and craft presentations that communicate a story. Social media and web experience is a plus

-Experience working with leadership is a plus

-Comfortable partnering with and influencing mid-to-senior level leaders
