Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for a Channel Partner Marketing Consultant for our technology client located in Sunnyvale. The Channel Partner Marketing Consultant will lead the strategic integration and execution of partner Go-To-Market programs in support of areas such as incentive/promotional programs, public/analyst relations, demand generation, social media, and events. The Consultant will participate in the development of communications plans for product/solution programs and ensure that Geos/sales professionals have necessary promotional materials.
The ideal candidate is a mid-level marketing professional with experience marketing to the channel. Must have strong project management and great editing/writing skills. Strong interpersonal/communications skills are also required, as this position requires much collaboration with internal teams in addition to external partner and channel teams. Seeking a strong self-starter who thrives in fast moving environments.
Responsibilities:
Provide communications support on the following activities targeting partner/channel audiences. In addition, the consultant will participate in other marketing communications projects as required to meet project deliverables.
Develop internal and external marketing communication plans for key channel initiatives, campaigns, and product/solution introductions and announcements
Prepare communication materials for internal and external presentations on products/solution business plans
Lead communications projects in the areas of advertising and promotional programs; public relations and trade shows; and digital communications
Collateral project management including meeting project schedules, deadlines, gaining approvals, and meeting established budget requirements
Define process for scaling communications globally (e.g. signage, posters, communications, brand guidelines, etc.)
Work with cross-functional teams to develop/localize collateral materials and ensure that Geos have necessary product collateral and promotional materials
Support of projects that support the larger vision of company priorities
Document and support best-practices and process against partner editorial governance and cadences
Manage cross-functional team in support of internal and external partner communication vehicles including:
Newsletters
Social platforms
Digital (EDM, on-demand events)
Video
PR/AR
Partner enablement
Events
Skills:
5-8 5-7 years' combined experience in channel marketing, partner marketing and project management for at least one b2b enterprise technology company
Understanding of a broad range of partner marketing activities and disciplines; ability to create and deliver a wide variety of marketing assets targeting the channel
Expertise in the area of communications development across all mediums (print, online, web).
Solid project management, planning and organizational skills. Must demonstrate ability to complete multiple, moderately complex, technical tasks
Strong analytical skills and ability to work both independently and on cross functional teams
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation/demand generation tools a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
RATE: D.O.E., as a w2 employee of Crawford Group
