Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Web Marketing Project Specialist (952) for a full time consulting project with one of our technology clients located in Mountain View.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, the Web Marketing Project Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the timely and successful launch of our clients' new partner portal, as well as other partner marketing program elements associated with the launch.
The ideal consultant possesses excellent project management skills, is assertive, deadline and results driven.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources (PR, Brand, Partner Marketing, BD, Product Management, Product Development) and third parties/vendors (chosen agency for development of Partner Portal) in the flawless execution of the project
Ensure all partners are in agreement of what is to launch in November and in subsequent months
Attend necessary planning meetings, develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress in Jira, provide ongoing status updates
Ensure that program projects elements are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope, objectives and requirements involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Successfully manage the relationship with the internal stakeholders, agency, Product development, Product Development and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Skills:
2-5 years' combined project management and marketing program launch experience, preferably for a large technology company
Leadership skills for working with a highly matrixed set of stakeholders including employees/management and third party agencies. Must excel at keeping the team motivated, be assertive to drive timelines, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions for your team.
Strong time management skills for working on projects and program elements with multiple, concurrent deadlines and interdependencies
Analytical skills for solving problem, analyzing data and making decisions that affect the project on a regular basis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented, organized, proactive with a results-oriented approach
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Prior experience with the development process for websites, portals or software preferred
Knowledge of wireframes, HTML and Jira preferred
BA/BS degree
RATE: D.O.E., as W-2 employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)
LOCATION: Onsite at client's office in Mountain View, CA. No phone calls please.
HOURS/DURATION: Full time, ASAP – 3 months, highly likely to extend.
