Job Title: ABBYY NAHQ Senior Manager Of Digital Marketing
Reports To: VP Corporate Marketing ABBYY NAHQ
Responsibilities
The Senior Manager Of Digital Marketing will be a key contributor to improving the ABBYY NAHQ lead generation and sales pipeline by developing and executing digital marketing campaigns leveraging substantial digital assets that support key global corporate and product initiatives.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead all digital marketing for ABBYY NAHQ including but not limited to: Conversion Rate Optimization, Search Engine Marketing (PPC), Display Advertising, Direct Mail Marketing, Social Media Advertising, Search Engine Optimization, Email Marketing)
• Work with NAHQ Business Units and Product Groups (Product Marketing, Product Management) and NAHQ Corporate Marketing ensuring key messages are represented on ABBYY.com and in individual campaigns
• Ensure that digital marketing campaign data is consistently being accessed and used by NAHQ to report campaign performance
• Provide feedback on efficacy of ABBYY.com to global web team based on actual campaign analytics using dash boarding tools. Understand and research industry norms for campaign metrics.
• Work with MSK and EU to ensure that metrics are captured consistently
• Devise, execute and continually optimize digital marketing strategies and plans that will achieve online sales and lead generation goals.
• Devise, execute, and continually optimize digital marketing strategies and plans that will support corporate marketing goals and drive web site traffic.
• Create, manage and own the digital marketing budget, forecasts, KPIs and P&L
• Manage the digital marketing programs, including SEM, SEO (PPC), Affiliate, Display, Social and mobile
• Manage digital marketing campaign managers who regularly interface with BU/PG leaders on specific campaigns
• Actively partner and collaborate with product marketing team to execute product centric campaigns
• Actively partner cross-functionally to create the site experience, analytics infrastructure, landing pages, merchandise mix, promotional strategies, testing strategies and creative to support the optimization and measurement of digital marketing campaigns
• Work with third party strategic brand partners executing their digital campaigns to drive trail and conversion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ Experience in digital marketing for enterprise software applications
• Passion for digital marketing, and for the opportunity to pioneer solutions for how digital marketing can drive not only profitable online sales lead generation for enterprise and OEM sales.
• 7+ years of in-depth expertise with online marketing platforms a must, including: SEM, SEO, Affiliate marketing, Display advertising (including programmatic and retargeting), Local advertising (including Yelp), Mobile marketing, Social and Analytics, such as multi-channel attribution and testing.
• Expertise in the tools and concepts required to optimize integrated digital marketing, including Salesforce.com, HUBSpot, Google AdWords, analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and , marketing attribution tools such as website optimization tools, tagging tools and holistic reporting tools.
• Prior experience in creating and managing online marketing budgets and financial plans, including associated revenue, conversion and ROI metrics
• Expertise in Excel
• Experience in managing and working with digital marketing teams in the MSK and EU
• Demonstrated experience with managing digital marketing strategies and initiatives for an enterprise software application
• Deep understanding of the ever-changing digital marketing environment, and of the evolving tools and platforms used to improve online marketing efficiency and measurability
• Strong leadership and relationship building skills especially with BU, PG and MSK Corporate teams
