Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support our high tech client. This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.



Responsibilities Include:

• Proactively provide reports to the client's stakeholders in the US, to provide insights in to their HR and workforce management. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand what reports they need and establish a regular cadence to prepare reports to proactively meet their needs. Analyze business trends and build reporting dashboards.

• Work to help solve challenging issues. In this role you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details and level up information for general overviews. The client will expect you to provide insight in to what the numbers are telling you.

• In this position you will have the opportunity to provide objective alternatives to improve overall business performance. This position involves an emphasis on HR and business analysis in a fast-paced environment of continuous change.

• In addition, this candidate will have the ability to present, organize, and convey problems and solutions taking into account the client's business needs.

• The ideal candidate is highly flexible, comfortable with large amounts of information, adept at managing expectations, and able to set and adjust priorities as needed while working with the client. The ideal candidate will also be able to accurately conduct specific components of business analysis and prepare and analyze reports.



Skill Sets and Experience:

• Advanced level MS Access skills (database design, SQL, VB)

• Advanced level Excel user (V-Look Up, marcos, pivot tables)

• Experienced working in HR is a plus

• BS in finance, accounting or economics, or equivalent

• Must be able to make the data communicate visually

• Visualizations, from scientific plots and infographics to interactive data explorers, to summarize and communicate new discoveries.

• Able to construct root cause analysis often with regressions and other kinds of linear modeling; Pinpointing problems, correlations and inferring causality

• Perform machine learning, natural language, and statistical analysis methods, such as classification, collaborative filtering, association rules, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, time-series analysis, regression, statistical inference, and validation methods

• Perform explanatory data analyses, generate and test working hypotheses, prepare and analyze historical data and identify patterns

• Analyze and model structured data using advanced statistical methods and implement algorithms and software needed to perform analyses

• Expertise in forecasting, inventory, and/or pricing models would be a major plus

Skills:

6-7 years of event logistics plus roadshow and tradeshow management experience, preferably in the technology sector. Must have experience planning and managing 2500++ attendee conferences.

Experience in strategic planning, preferably in the technology sector

Ability to work comfortably with executives and cross functionally with internal teams

Expert in tracking and reporting ROI analytics for events

Must be outgoing, self-motivated with strong organizational skills; must have the ability to come up to speed quickly and efficiently

Experience managing conferences, event/roadshow/tradeshow action items and updating key stakeholders as necessary

Ability to maintain master timelines and production schedules; maintain campaign/program calendars

o Manage project costs/estimates, submit PO requests

• Work closely with dashboards to report on program results and develop insights on program performance, learnings, and/or anomalies.

• Monitor unsubscribe, bounce, open and CTR of communications to ensure the marketable universe remains healthy.

• Developing an understanding of:

o Multiple products, plan types, and audience segments

o Complex architecture for triggered email programs and business rules

Experience Needed:

• Developing and deploying communications on one or more email service/CRM platforms – Exact Target, Eloqua, Silverpop, Responsys, etc.

• Experience in creating and delivering emails to worldwide audiences. This includes: experience with regional preferences, best practices awareness of typical response rates and behaviors, adding codes for tracking.

• Be able to define and ensure implementation of program tracking to gain key insights for program optimization.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and as part of a team across many agencies, product groups, and countries.

• Strong attention to detail is required to execute flawless programs.

• Saas experience from major companies with highly transactional business models – i.e. credit cards, eBay, or other services is preferred.

• Solid written and verbal communication skills; confidence presenting to groups of different sizes

Education:

• Minimum BA unless applicant has 5 years of applicable experience

Position Responsibilities – Summary:

 

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of ERP software implementations for our customers so they achieve the defined objectives of scope, cost, schedule, quality with excellent customer satisfaction. Our Project Managers work closely with our team of implementation and technical consultants. This position may provide professional Statements of Work and Services quotes to support our Account Executives in the Pre-sales process. The perfect candidate is PMP certified and has an ERP or COTS background as a vendor PM. This position works from a home office so experience working remotely or managing teams remotely is an asset.

 

The Sr. Project Manager will have the ability to handle multiple highly-complex projects for the Company’s most strategic clients.

 

Software is SaaS/Cloud & On Premise based, and project length ranges from 6-12+ months depending if full suite is implemented.

 

Reports to the PMO Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Define strategy to achieve a successful roll out that satisfies client expectations

·         Manage the implementation of our products including developing a project plan

·         Standard project management activities in line with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) such as scope, time, cost, quality, issue, risk, contract and subcontract management, and project status tracking and reporting (including Estimate-To-Complete analysis)

·         Apply and utilize the firm’s implementation methodology

·         Lead activities to further develop the firm’s methodology, including tools, templates, examples, accelerators and programs around implementations, upgrades and other services.

·         Refine and monitor metrics to assess the success of the project, team and individuals

·         Liaise with client and staff regarding project implementation and issues, including regularly providing project status reports to management and the client.

·         Prioritize tasks and coordinate resources on assigned projects

·         Troubleshoot and resolve complex client issues

·         Monitor cost, progress and quality of projects

·         Schedule projects and ensure they are completed within budget, on time, and according to acceptable standards to ensure customer satisfaction

·         Maximize the team’s utilization, particularly billable realization.

·         Responsible for maximizing revenue and margin for each project by properly positioning PS value

·         Work with Finance to ensure timely and accurate invoicing of customers

·         Track and manage expenses for the team

·         Prepare a post-implementation review and report

·         Support Account Executive with selling our services proposition

 

Required Skills and Competencies:

·         Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Sr. Project Manager implementing enterprise software applications for external clients.

·         Project Management Professional (PMP) certified or able to certify within 6 months

·         Experience with ERP Financials, HR & Payroll or COTS business processes and implementations

·         Fluent in the concepts of General ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting and Analysis preferred - Knowledge of Project, Costing and Billing, HR & Payroll would be an asset – At a minimum, experience with customer facing applications out of a product firm.

·         Consulting skills and demonstrated experience in building strong customer relationships

·         Experience as a vendor Project Manager

·         Experience & the ability to handle multiple highly-complex projects

·         Ability to work without supervision with complete latitude for independent judgment

·         Superior communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills & the ability to engage and successfully interact with the client and project team at all levels.

·         Exceptional team leadership and people management experience

·         Superior negotiation, conflict management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, organizational and time management skills

·         Ability to Travel in the 25%+ area – NA + Some International
