We are looking for an IoT industry knowledgeable, experienced Strategic Planning Manager for an ongoing contractor role with a global high technology leader to establish strategic plans for an IoT education services business group. The role will include creating education classes strategic plans for both new and current businesses and models, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and market research.
This is a 40 hour per week role onsite in at the client's offices in RTP, NC, or in San Jose, CA as a w-2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions, health benefits offered. This is an ongoing contract opportunity, with 3 month contracts.
Responsibilities
• Manage strategic planning process for education services business
• Develop plans for IoT offerings and industry consortia, based upon understanding of education needs across verticals for IoT solutions
• Develop strategic plans based upon competitive analysis, market research with proforma financial statements and required investment funding.
Requirements
• 5+ years of Strategic Planning experience with enterprise solutions, industry groups and/or universities
• Understanding of IoT Market and Vertical Industries: Manufacturing, Oil Gas, Mining, Transportation, Utilities, Healthcare, Retail
• Understanding of the Emerging Job roles in the above verticals
• Market intelligence gathering and primary and secondary research skills.
• Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues, peers in cross-functional teams, and third parties.
• Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
