TRICIDA, Inc. seeks a part-time hands-on, energetic and dynamic accounting assistant to join its Finance team. This is a temporary position and a great opportunity to work at a company that provides the opportunity to enable you to grow your skill sets.
Responsibilities:
- Entering transactions in QuickBooks
- Processing invoices, which includes obtaining proper approvals and verifying the account coding
- Track, reconcile and process corporate credit card expenses
- Maintain and manage all accounts payable files
- Other bookkeeping and office duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- One to two years' work experience, in A/P, A/R or general accounting
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced team environment. Organized with extensive attention to detail.
