Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Partner Marketing Program Manager for a seven month assignment with one of our leading technology clients in San Jose.
Reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing, the Partner Marketing Program Manager will work with cross-functional teams to create and deliver innovative service marketing plans, promotions and programs that increase the value and adoption of the overall Services portfolio. The Manager will also educate the internal Sales teams on programs, offers and promotions that will impact partner profitability.
The ideal consultant works well with a virtual team, is open, transparent, and has a good sense of humor.
Responsibilities:
Attend weekly/biweekly cross functional team meetings, collect and send for weekly partner updates, collect content from team for monthly/quarterly partner newsletter
Work with internal partner marketing to contribute content to Special Announcement emails (new demo model, special training, updated content, etc.)
Partner Program (internal/external):
Assist with PPTs to educate internally Partner Marketing
Track metrics / build reports for various partner activities (events, meetings/offsite)
Facilitate content from partner marketing team to update the Adobe Partner Portal website - Partner pages and solution pages
Help drive collateral development for multiple partners: alliance brochures, videos, overview, case studies
Partner Marketing:
Help drive awareness campaigns prior to events through social media, sending campaign emails and shipping event content (collateral, tabletop, etc).
Package and maintain marketing campaign content for partner reuse
Offer marketing support to partner marketing team and SI partners involved events
Provide general event support including staffing, logistics planning, and content aggregation, metrics and managing speaking session details
Partner Communications/Enablement:
Respond to general emails from SI partners, attend partner alliance meetings, assist with webinar planning and facilitate content development
Create unique campaigns for strategic partners or unique market opportunities with SI partners
Keep portal up to date with 'sales process' content
Communicate Tips N Tricks for marketing and sales to partners
Add newly created content and keep content up to date on the Partner Portal
Skills:
At least 10 years partner marketing program management experience
Experience working for at least one enterprise technology company
Partner ecosystem experience a strong plus
Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities and disciplines; ability to manage and implement a wide variety of marketing programs
Ability to appropriately align communications with intended audiences
Strong team building and team management skills
Ability to manage in an environment with diverse stakeholders
Ability to operate in ambiguous situations while bringing clarity
Outstanding communication skills; both written and verbal
Ability to understand and articulate complex technologies
Motivated, execution-oriented high performance individual with strong process and metrics focus
Advance user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook, Word), GoogleDrive (a.k.a. GoogleDocs)
RATE: D.O.E., as W-2 employee of Crawford Group; benefits available
LOCATION: 30% onsite at clients' office in San Jose, CA, 70% offsite/virtual/WFH/telecommute. No phone calls, please; Local SF Bay Area candidates only.
