Org Change Management Consultant – Must have ERP / Finance projects experience
[ Role is at a Networking firm based in Bay Area, CA ]
Rate: ~ $70 - 85/ hr on Corp to Corp / 1099
Start date: Immediate ; long term role
Key Responsibilities / Experience for this role:
• Develop change Management plans, stakeholder engagement, impact assessment and drive over all org change management execution for successful adoption of changes for the ERP projects driven business processes changes. Design and generate necessary supporting artifacts and metrics as needed.
• Work with cross functional teams to define / drive / execute on plan / deliverables in a complex business function set up.
• MUST HAVE: past experiences in delivering effective change management for any Oracle ERP projects in the area of Finance , Order Management etc.
• Additional Functional background in Finance / ERPs will be a definite plus.
• Apply deep familiarity & proven experience on executing industry best practices for Change Management concepts/ methodologies
• 5 or more years of relevant experience and preferably a certification in change management / PMP
• Good project / program management skills
• Must possess excellent soft skills. Establish and maintain coordinal working relationship with client manager, Executives and team members
• Excellent written and oral communications and facilitation skills; must have outstanding presentation development and delivery skills with ability to inform, influence and impact cross functional teams and leaders. Deliver high impact, effective communications materials.
• Readiness to adapt and commitment to do what it takes to satisfy demanding clients while maintaining excellent client relationships.
