The Role: Vice President of Sales
The Location: Dallas, TX

Sagebrush Solutions, LLC offers electronic audit solutions for the healthcare industry through our state-of-the-art proprietary software SageSuite. SageSuite supports electronic auditing and cost recovery solutions; statistical auditing to prevent fraud and abuse; and data analysis and litigation support. Sagebrush Solutions is currently searching for a Vice President of Sales to create and execute the sales department go-to-market and operational strategies to achieve business objectives. The Vice President of Sales will interact heavily with other senior executives and will be responsible for executing said strategy by selling a software-supported outsourced solution and achieving attainment of company sales objectives, profitability and expanding market penetration. The Vice President of Sales will grow the sales department at appropriate intervals and hire/manage a sales department as directed by business results. They will be responsible for ensuring the department's key performance indicators are achieved and the department is running at maximum operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

•A bachelor's degree with a business concentration; MBA preferred
•Ten years of experience in a sales leadership role with at least four of those performing active sales
•Experience with service sales and channel sales within the healthcare and/or insurance industries to c-level executives
•Knowledge of revenue sharing models
•Expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning and execution and employee motivation
•Proven leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive business results through sales teams
•Professional appearance and demeanor
•Willingness to travel (throughout US) and work with a global team of professionals at least 50% of the time
•Membership to AASCIF desired, but not a requirement
