We are looking for a seasoned Channel Program Manager to manage the annual partner feedback and survey process and analysis at a global high technology company and work to enhance the partner loyalty and rewards program.
This is a 40 hour per week, 6 month project, at the client's offices in the South Bay, CA. This is a w2 opportunity with Stage 4 Solutions.
Responsibilities:
•Drive the design and production of repeatable processes to integrate partner loyalty/satisfaction data and findings into client´s corporate and Field functions
•Support action prioritization and tracking of annual survey findings.
•Project manage all aspects of the design and creation of the Global Partner Loyalty and Rewards Program.
•Define, measure and report on loyalty and rewards program KPIs.
•Support loyalty and rewards program communications design and roll out.
•Own process documentation for the partner loyalty and rewards program.
Requirements:
•7-10 years Channel programs or marketing experience
•Experience in partner survey design, execution, analysis and reporting
•Experience in the successful design and development of Partner loyalty and rewards programs
•Strong experience in project management, with detail planning and follow up of multiple moving parts and across global internal and external teams
•Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
•Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills; presentation, customer service, business and negotiation skills
•Willingness to travel domestically (10%)
