The Role: Director of Marketing

HireBetter is searching for a hands-on Director of Marketing to develop and launch a new marketing plan and re-branding Strategy. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for creating high-impact brand positioning and communication strategies, and evolving corporate identity standards and processes. They will provide thought leadership and be the analytical and strategic resource for brand positioning initiatives company-wide. This position will manage multifaceted responsibilities and will require a diverse, talented individual who excels in both internal and external cross-functional marketing collaborations. This position is part-time, approximately 20-30 hours per week, with the ability to work virtual at times.
Your Required Skills & Experience:
œ You have a bachelorfs degree in marketing or a related field
œ You have ten plus years of marketing experience
œ You possess excellent oral and written communication skills
œ You have experience and are able to develop and execute a multi-faceted marketing plan
œ You are a social media expert
œ You have experience utilizing trade shows and events as marketing tools
œ You are an expert in creating and utilizing metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts
œ You have proven success defining and executing marketing initiatives that have a positive ROI
œ You are a strategic thinker, self-starter and can work well in a changing and dynamic environment
