Description:
The Production Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the RedPrairie Warehouse Management System (WMS). Candidate must have a strong techno/functional skill set and experience with 2+ years of RedPrairie WMS experience. The RedPrairie WMS Production Support Analyst will provide the following Services:
· Triage RedPrairie WMS Service Tickets
· Provide root cause analysis of RedPrairie WMS Service Tickets
· Recommend technical and/or functional issue resolutions to service tickets
· Work directly with client Production Support managers to understand issues and report status of Service Tickets
· Test fixes raised for defects found in the RedPrairie WMS environment
Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of RedPrairie functional capabilities as well as a strong understanding of the underlying table structures. Some specific skills include Oracle SQL, knowledge of RedPrairie MOCA Commands, and understand of RedPrairie DDA Forms structure.
SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN Telecom
