Role: Partner Loyalty Program Manager
Location: SF Bay Area
Time Commitment: August 1, 2012

Channel Impact is seeking an experienced channel program manager to help our client design, develop and execute a partner loyalty program.
This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.
Position Overview:
Partner Loyalty and Rewards Program
• Project manage all aspects of the design and creation of the Global Partner Loyalty and Rewards Program.
• Define, measure and report on program KPIs
• Support program communications design and roll out
• Own process documentation for the Partner Loyalty and Rewards Program.
Annual Partner Survey
• Drive the design and production of repeatable processes to integrate partner loyalty and satisfaction data and findings into the clients corporate and field functions
• Support action prioritization and tracking of annual survey findings.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in the successful design and development of Partner loyalty and rewards programs
• Proven project management skills
• A minimum of 7 years global channel programs and/or marketing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; presentation, customer service, business, and negotiation skills.
• Strong teaming and collaboration skills.
• High energy with the capability to multi-task in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
• Ability to prioritize and manage to deadlines.
• Experience in the high tech industry at a major technology company
• Willingness to travel (10%)
