Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist for a short term consulting role with our client located in Redwood City. The Demand Generation Specialist will create multi-layered campaigns with persona based, customer-centric engagements.
The ideal candidate is creative and can execute a wide range of marketing projects/initiatives. Must have strong prioritization skills, be self-directed, an excellent communicator, results oriented and flexible.
Responsibilities:
Message development and execution
Setting up, testing and launching campaigns through list brokers, media partners, etc.
Coordination with design resources to produce the campaign artwork
Generating clickstats for link tracking
Managing the demand generation campaign calendar
Interfacing cross functionally to manage or gain approval on copy and offers
Developing new or leveraging existing content (copy and offers)
Providing campaign insights, feedback and best practices
Work with global marcom leads team to have a general understanding of the segments
Skills:
3 years' combined B to B marketing and demand generation experience in life sciences or high tech software
Strong project management and prioritization skills. Must be detailed and organized and have the ability to prioritize projects with minimal direction.
Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred)
Experience with team collaboration software (Atlassian Confluence Cloud experience preferred)
Experience with social media as a marketing tool (Facebook, twitter, blogs, target audience related community sites)
Requires solid writing, content development and editing skills – the ideal candidate has experience messaging to and reaching the academic life sciences audience (not required)
Ability to be flexible and creative, and work smart in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Bachelors' degree in Biology or similar Life Sciences strongly preferred but not required
Rate:
D.O.E. as a W-2 employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)
Location:
Fully onsite at client office in Redwood City, CA. No phone calls, please.
