Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time/salaried Recruiter to join our Talent Selection Team, reporting virtually to the Director of Talent Selection. You will employ unique talent acquisition strategies to deliver the best talent available for our high tech clients.

You will:

Partner with our Account Team to learn about clients resource needs, culture fit and other compatibility requirements that are critical to making a successful hire

Write compelling, accurate job descriptions

Strategize and develop aspects key to the search with sourcing, recommend Boolean keyword search strings and optimal avenues to socialize open jobs

Drive active sourcing of candidates for open jobs across every means necessary (third party sourcing, internet search, social media, job boards, referrals, networking, resume mining, cold-calling)

Conduct phone/Skype/Adobe Connect interviews, advance candidates to Account Team

Update/monitor candidate progression in ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter Projects

Ability to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Regularly update Account Team stakeholders on recruitment progress and current market hiring trends

You have:

4-7 years of high volume recruiting experience; blend of consulting, staffing, agency and corporate. A baseline understanding of marketing, communications or events is strongly preferred.

Proven success in sourcing, interviewing, evaluating and advancing marketing talent for a variety of positions: temporary/staffing, consulting, full and part time

Experience with a wide range of sourcing/candidate generation techniques, including social and internet recruiting (e.g.: LinkedIn Recruiter, Google+, Facebook etc.) as well as Boolean search string logic

Amazing communication skills. Must have strong interviewing skills (phone, Skype, Connect), quickly establish rapport with candidates, gather information, quickly and accurately assess people and make effective hiring decisions.



An intuitive sense of people, their capabilities and best fit

A natural customer service orientation and genuine interest in creating/nurturing strong relationships with coworkers, candidates, clients and third party sourcing vendors

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with at least one enterprise scale ATS: Oracle Taleo, Jobvite, Bullhorn, Greenhouse or similar required

Agility: A strong bias toward action and the ability to adjust to rapidly shifting priorities on the fly

Strong project management skills: Must work effectively (maybe even thrive) under pressure, within tight deadlines and close business efficiently

Loves challenges, a creative problem solver with a can-do attitude that looks at new ways to approach sourcing and screening candidates.

An understanding of agency sourcing, this is a fast-paced/quick-turn environment where timing is crucial

Bachelors degree

D.O.E., w2 as a full time/salaried employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)

Crawford Group office in Campbell, CA. No phone calls, please.

Hours/duration:

Monday-Friday, standard business hours PST. Full time employment, starting immediately.
