Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Sales Enablement Training Coordinator for a technology client in Pleasanton, CA. The Sales Enablement Training Coordinator is a vital function with the key goal of improving overall sales productivity. The core charter of the Sales Enablement Training Coordinator is to ensure that when a salesperson interacts with a prospect/customer they have the skills, knowledge, tools, and processes required to be successful. The Sales Enablement team's ultimate goal is to assist Account Executives in accelerating pipeline development and opportunity cycles.
The ideal candidate is a highly-organized programmatic professional with experience devising and running sales enablement programs including: writing content, managing projects, and delivering training.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate, manage, and administer learning management solutions for sales enablement
Partner with the entire Sales Enablement team and other internal groups (e.g. sales, marketing, operations, etc., to support multiple enablement and sales growth initiatives)
Assist with curriculum content creation and updates: work with trainers and SME's on consistency, quality, and usability of content
Content management: organization, gathering/augmenting recommendations
Design and develop tests that map to training modules
Develop e-Learning course content
Facilitate sales enablement communications across all programs (ensure all communications are consistent, follow brand guidelines, and are distributed)
Assist with on-boarding processes and delivering Sales Academy sessions
Onboarding Process Facilitation (pre-class support; registrations support and post class surveys)
Facilities coordination (room bookings, set up, IT, and catering, etc.)
Events management (communications, managing speakers, venues, AV, entertainment, and budget)
Remote training facilities coordination (catering, supplies, room set up, group dinner outing logistics, materials support)
Budget and PO approvals, managing external vendors
Project manage other key initiatives and projects as they arise
Skills:
5 years' experience in training, sales enablement, corporate sales training, and curriculum development
Experience within a global high-tech organization
Sound knowledge of learning management systems, instructional design, eLearning 2.0, or social learning concepts
Proven experience with learning principles and course design techniques (1) design; (2) build; (3) run/manage the program
Strong interpersonal skills; leads by inspiring; collaborative, effective at building and maintaining strong relationships
Project, program, or events management experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including instructional, facilitation, and presentation skills
Passion for excellence and high quality in the finished product; attention to detail is critical to success
strong understanding of sales and marketing methodologies
Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and WebEx.
Willingness to learn, innovate, create, experiment with new ideas, recommend better ways of doing things
Limited travel, position in San Francisco / Pleasanton CA area.
Bachelor's Org Dev., Workforce Education, or Learning and Development a plus
Pay:
