Channel Impact is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist - Level 1 to support our client's North America Field Marketing Team. Candidate should have a passion for marketing and demand generation, a data driven mindset, an orientation toward process, and strong execution skills.
This role is based out of New York City. This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.
What you'll be doing:
As a Field Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for:
-Working with US Field Marketing Managers to plan and execute field marketing campaigns. This could include digital marketing campaigns, email, webinars, live events, social media, etc
-Managing the turnkey event execution: securing event venues, arranging food beverage, managing registration, ordering corporate merchandise, doing post event follow up. You will also have a strong understanding of event management and end-to-end event execution.
- Setting up campaigns in Marketo, and tracking them from through each step of the campaign lifecycle
- Managing budgets for a variety of marketing activities
- Generating reports on each campaign using Marketo and SDFC
- Collaborating with internal sales stakeholders, sales teams and partners to ensure marketing demand generation success
The individual in this role must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be organized, detail oriented and have an ability to handle multiple projects and priorities at one time.
About you:
Candidate should have attention to detail and ability to work effectively across a large organization with different business owners. You take ownership of the result, and can independently determine what else needs to be done and how to do it. You can make recommendations and take actions in the face of incomplete information and uncertainty. You are fun to work with, and assume the best intentions with your colleagues and partners.
Requirements:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
-6+ years experience in a similar role;
-Attention to details
-Strong organizational skills
--Time management skills
-Event management experience
-Budget management experience
-Ability to work and leverage multiple collaboration tools
-Undergraduate BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
-10% travel
Desirable:
-Experience in IT marketing
-Knowledge of Marketo, Smartsheets and Salesforce are strongly desired
-Event management experience
-Field Marketing experience
