Channel Impact is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst / Service Renewal Specialist to provide daily support to our client through the end of the calendar year. In this role, you will be working with the client's Sales Operation's team to support the administration of the service renewal process and other Sales Operations activities.
This is a full-time W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.
What you'll be doing:
-This role will primarily be responsible for the daily administration of support renewals quote generation, reporting and analysis for the customers
-The role will interact with internal sales teams to quote support renewals, sales renewal reporting, as well as interact with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to enhance business visibility
-The position requires collaboration across the organization (Sales, Channel, Support Finance) to help implement, and evaluate business renewal metrics to meet ongoing organizational needs
-Work directly, if necessary with deal desk on renewal exceptions
-Maintain within SalesForce.com detail notes, quote and relevant information on each maintenance support renewal account
-Work independently on problems of diverse scope in which analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
-Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
The ideal candidate will have:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing
-3+ years supporting sales organizations and/or Channel Partners in providing quotes for maintenance support
-Acute attention to detail and proven organization and administration skills
-Solid understanding of sales process and timing
-Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision
-Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
-Knowledge of SalesForce.com
-Familiar with Quoting software a plus
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills
