The Role: Software Engineer I

What will I be doing?
The junior-level Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, writing and debugging software in an Agile development environment. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, team-oriented individual who demonstrates a high degree of initiative and creativity, is willing to learn new technologies and methodologies, and wants to be part of a small exciting software company developing software for the Smart Electrical Grid.
What skills and qualifications do I need?
•You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
•You have been exposed to the complete software development lifecycle
•Proficient in C, C++ C# and .NET
•SQL server or any other RDBMS
•Experience with ASP.NET, Silverlight, JavaScript, HTML
•Familiar with Source control, Unit testing, code verification, documentation, automated build, continuous integration, metrics & code reviews
•Aptitude for UI /UX interface development on mobile, tablet and PC form factors
•Creativity and flexibility are required
•Be willing to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
