Robert Half seeks a social media manager to help create and directly implement the company's online community strategy, manage engagement and interactivity with its audience, and foster a positive community spirit and customer experience. The social media manager will work closely with the Corporate Communications and Product/Online Marketing departments, and coordinate with the Staff Development and Legal teams to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a strong community and positive brand image. The Manager will serve as liaison on new trends/projects with digital marketing firms/social media vendors, and organize quarterly meetings to discuss our social media progress. The qualified candidate will track and report on social media activity using social analytics tools while making recommendations for improvements based on feedback. This person will also research social media trends and consult with PR and project managers on strategies to increase social media engagement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years PR experience. Prior project management, writing, editing or journalistic experience also a plus.
• Ability to manage corporate social media accounts using tools such as Facebook. LinkedIn, Twitter, Hootsuite, etc. Some natural search knowledge preferable.
• Strong skills and experience in the following areas: social media, research, customer service, time management
• Must have strong customer-service skills and exercise good judgment when interacting with clients and customers online.
• Should have strong interest in social media trends and ability to make sound recommendations based on research.
