Communications and Change Management Consultant
Job Description
Communications consultant with Change Management experience for Bay area networking firm:
Rate: 60 - 85/ hr on Corp to Corp / 1099 ; adjusted rate on W2 [ depends on experience / fit ]
Start date: Immediate ; long term role
Local San Francisco Bay Area candidates please : no relocation is being offered
Key Responsibilities for this role:
Develop, refine holistic communication and change Management plans
Drive adoption of changes driven by ERP projects or other strategic change efforts in the org
Develop supporting collateral (communication schedules, walking decks, brand, videos, content to add to collaborative applications and sites)
Create PowerPoint decks, organization charts, Vision/Strategy/Execution slides, updates to intranet websites and collaboration sites
Create quarterly newsletters, executive communications (as necessary), executive video script and videos
Support All Hands content development, and All Hands PPT development
Work with cross functional team to ensure alignment and compliance
Plan and execute executive events as needed
Desired Skills & Experience
5 or more years of relevant experience and educational background
Working experience in change management - preferably in ERP or business process changes driven
Hi-tech Industry experience with Finance , ERP, marketing backgrounds is a plus
Good project / program management skills
Must possess excellent soft skills. Establish and maintain coordinal working relationship with client manager, Executives and team members
Excellent written and oral communications and facilitation skills; must have outstanding presentation development and delivery skills with ability to inform, influence and impact cross functional teams and leaders. Deliver high impact, effective communications materials.
Readiness to adapt and commitment to do what it takes to satisfy demanding clients while maintaining excellent client relationships.
