Elance is seeking a Director of Large Business Customer Success with a background in professional services to deliver Elance's workforce solutions to our largest business customers. You will be responsible for enabling large business accounts to widely adopt Elance within the organization, deploying a new, distributed workforce model. You will also work closely with the sales team to articulate the Elance value proposition and represent Elance's delivery model and team.
Your Responsibilities:
• Identify needs, create standardized process and delivery models and execute workforce programs. This includes creating the methodologies to take a customer from sale to widespread adoption.
• Execute the implementation strategy to consistently deliver exceptional results, driving adoption of the Elance solution within large accounts.
• Work with the sales team to develop material that supports their efforts.
• Play a critical sales role, participating in sales meetings and representing Elance's service offerings and delivery capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create new, innovative solutions for the large business customers.
Your Qualifications:
• Experienced: 7-10 years in professional services and at least 5-10 years working with enterprise customers in designing new processes and implementing technology. You have a background in professional services from a top consulting firm, system integrator, or technology provider.
• Creative: You will create new approaches to solving old problems through the Elance platform. You will communicate Elance's workforce solutions in a way that is simple and credible.
• Customer-Centric: You place the customer at the center of every problem and design solutions that meet their needs.
• Motivated: You will have the autonomy to drive through programs and achieve results. You are a self-starter with a track-record of executing for results.
• Leader: You will develop and lead a team of like-minded individuals.
• Educated: You hold a bachelor's degree from a top school and an MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
