[KITlist] Inside Sales Representative, Lead Generation (SF Bay Area, CA)

Synactive is looking for hardworking, smart, over achieving, lead generating Inside Sales Representative that has a desire to learn and willingness to be trained on new sales and lead generation techniques.

This position is responsible for working closely with Business Development, Marketing and Account Sales Executives in hunting and qualifying sales leads. Measures of success include a high volume of qualified lead generation, mapping Synactive solution to specific prospect requirements, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, and contribution to overall sales team pipeline and business success.

Lead generation and prospect interaction will comprise the majority of the workday in the form of telephone, email and fax communications in an effort to qualify opportunities for the company and build pipeline.

This is an entry level role ideal for new Grads and or recent Graduates looking to break into a sales environment. Synactive is committed to training the right person for this very visible position.

This position will report to the Sr. Director of Business Development and is based in Foster City, California.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain an aggressive outbound, targeted calling program, while documenting all activity
• Meet and exceed Email and phone call quote per quarter. Support the overall business sales goal and team quota
• Understand and adhere to all processes and protocol creating a strong sustainable pipeline for the sales executives to close
• Strategically calling into prospect accounts to generate interest and educate potential customers with the value of Synactive's product and services
• Setting up well qualified next step discussions for outside sales executives

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Fearless on the phone with strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and emails to develop leads and set meetings
• Excellent diagnostic, communication and presentation skills
• Dedicated, ethical and determined person with an insatiable desire to learn
• Goal oriented, self motivated with positive energy
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a fast pace team environment.
• Ability to work well with others to achieve the desired sales goal
• Ability to explain and present complex concepts in easy to understand manner
• Ability to forge and maintain strong and lasting prospect relationships
• Strong Customer Service Skills

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
• MS office Proficiency/ Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiar with CRM type business systems a plus, not required
• Knowledge of enterprise solutions such as SAP, Oracle or Salesforce.com knowledge a plus
