• Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) – Application Scripting

• Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience

Other Skills requested:

• TCP/IP networking fundamentals

Experience with Avaya is a PLUS

• Voice User Interface Design

• Complex Call Routing Application Design

• AT&T Route IT application

• Experience with moving from Avaya to Cisco would be helpful

• Self Directed

• Team player – Onshore & Offshore Coordination & Willingness to spend extra hours
