Marketing Campaign Manager (Mountain View, CA)

BDNA is expanding its Marketing Team and is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager.
We are looking for a Marketing campaigns professional who will design, develop, and implement campaigns to promote the continued growth of BDNA's three products. The Marketing Campaigns Manager will design and implement a combination of direct email marketing campaigns, webinars, web campaigns, and other lead generation approaches to fill the top part of the sales funnel with qualified opportunities.
Demands a versatile individual contributor adept across demand generation, campaign management and online marketing. Successful track record with enterprise software and targeting technical audiences and decision makers. If you are a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys leading and managing a comprehensive programs mix, and are looking for a challenging and exciting marketing position at a fast growing software company, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities:
• Lead the strategic planning, management and tactical delivery of marketing demand generation campaigns across three core software solutions.
• Identify and procure cost-efficient sources of targeted prospect lists to run marketing campaigns against.
• Work with CEO, CTO, and marketing organization to design and develop campaigns, with landing pages offering calls-to-action.
• Implement landing pages for particular campaigns, and leverage A:B testing to optimize efficacy of landing pages and offers.
• Utilize the Marketo marketing automation platform to execute campaigns.
• Design and manage a lead nurturing and scoring program to assist in automating the nurturing and filtering of marketing leads.
• Integrate marketing lead qualification processes with BDNA's sales processes and into BDNA's Salesforce.com implementation.
• Lead online and offline campaign management across development, design, and deployment.
• Coordinate with web designers, web and flash developers utilizing CMS to implement landing pages.
• Broad knowledge of direct sales lead generation and online marketing, including experience running campaigns on Google's AdWords platform.
• Proven ability collaborating with cross-functional teams including executives, product marketing, sales and agencies/vendors.
• Proficient with program measurement, metrics, and analysis as well as monthly and weekly reporting.
Requirements:
• Background of at least 8 years managing and executing technology demand generation campaigns, including 5 or more years in enterprise software.
• Experience implementing campaigns on a marketing automation system such as Marketo, Eloqua, or Aprimo, and with Salesforce.com.
• Proven background with early-stage and mid-sized enterprise software companies.
• Experience procuring prospect lists for demand generation campaigns.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; collaboration, verbal and presentation.
• Strong content management, writing and editing skills.
• Highly efficient project management, self-driven and resourceful.
• Experience with CMS highly preferred.
• Creative Suite/Dreamweaver or HTML a plus
