Qualifications
• 6+ years demonstrated experience in a senior application support role, including customer-facing products and services.
• Strong background in process creation and improvement planning.
• Ideal candidates must be quick learning and self-starting individuals.
• Training will be provided on the application and interaction with the enterprise platform, but candidate must be able to operate independently within a short time frame.
• Will be required to receive and respond to user support contacts that may involve setup of testing scenarios within the clients environment.
• Demonstrated exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to learn both technical and non-technical platforms .
• Strong technical experience with server technologies such as Microsoft IIS, SQL 2005/2008.
• Strong scripting capabilities a plus, in both Power Shell and SQL.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.
• Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate both verbally and written in a professional manner.
• Highly self motivated and directed.
• Experience working in a dynamic team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong desire to learn and grow technically and professionally.
• Consistent on-call availability.
