As part of Crimson's Products & Markets Services, Partner Events & Communication Coordinator needed to support partner events and marketing activities for an enterprise level company.
Project responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
•Support logistics for partner events that includes ordering collateral, managing reservations with venues, travel reservations for partners, coordinate shipping, creating invitations, ordering supplies and giveaways, managing registrations and other required tasks
•Support the execution of partner communications and internal communications including some writing responsibilities and management content creation
•Work with cross functional teams to align and deploy outbound and inbound communications
•Support the function of maintaining the web infrastructure, SharePoint, Field Portal, etc.
MUST HAVE:
•2+ years of experience working in a marketing role for an enterprise level company
•Experience successfully coordinating large scale marketing events
•Ability to manage tasks and priorities while being able to quickly adapt to change
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•Experience coordinating virtual resources and working effectively across cross functional teams
STRONGLY PREFER:
•Experience working with partner/alliance groups within an enterprise level company
•Basic knowledge of Excel and HTML programming
•Experience working in a web marketing role
Location: South Bay, (on-site)
Duration: 6-12 months, (full-time)
