About the Job
BrightPattern is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, action-oriented Director of Marketing to drive the overall Marketing Strategy, manage the BrightPattern Brand, and lead the lead generation programs to acquire new customers. In this highly visible and strategic role you will play a major role in Company's future success. You will have a direct impact on maximizing BrightPattern revenue and drive the overall BrightPattern business. We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about SaaS Marketing and capable of driving cross-functional programs, building consensus, and using data to make fact-based decisions.
As a Director of Marketing you will partner closely with key Executives to drive the marketing activities. You will be the expert on SaaS marketing strategies, customer targeting, testing and optimization, cross-selling and upselling, and Partner Marketing . You will be responsible for driving business growth and meeting customer and business needs. This is a "roll up your sleeves" and work/create position.

Responsibilities:
• Drive the overall Marketing strategy for BrightPattern and lead all aspects of Marketing planning. Propose projects for 12-18 month roadmap based on functional strategy, prioritization, and impact sizing.
• Drive quarterly, annual and long-term planning processes for sales plans and resource requirements.
• Set and hit revenue objectives for key sales programs
• Content creation and management – plan and execute the BrightPattern content to assist sales and partners
• Site Testing and Optimization - Create & monitor key lead generation metrics & funnels, identify & prioritize opportunities for improvement, generate hypotheses on alternative approaches that could improve results, work with CRM tools and other tools to establish testing plan for pricing and offers, implement winning customer strategies
• Website - provide compelling, effective ways to drive traffic to the BrightPattern homepage ; conduct regular competitive analysis on the best practices of key competitors and SaaS leaders; create web sales capabilities strategy (e.g. types of personalization needed), set clear, consistent business objectives for page zoning and creative execution, partner with internal and external Creative Services to deliver compelling content to achieve business goals.
• Product Planning - Serve as business lead for Product Roadmap projects. Develop business requirements documents and drive feature prioritization to optimize business impact and ROI.
• Ensure appropriate tracking and measurement mechanisms are in place to assess results of projects. Monitor and report on project results.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of online experience including 2+ years of experience managing and leading teams
• Strong creative writing skills
• Strong strategic thinking and analytic skills
• Passion and experience using funnel optimization to drive business results
• Experience in using tracking/analytics tools/solutions is a strong plus
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis and usability testing
• Ability to collaborate actively & effectively on multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment
• Motivated, dynamic, creative and results-oriented
• Previous experience in Contact Center / CRM industry a plus
• MBA a plus

• Salary ~$110K+ depending on experience
