Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a dedicated, effective Marketing Recruiter. As part of the Crawford Talent Selection team, you will partner with the Crawford Account team to determine clients' resource needs, culture fit and other compatibility requirements that are critical to making a successful hire. You will focus on employing unique talent acquisition strategies to generate exceptional candidates and deliver the best talent available for our high tech clients.
We're looking for someone with enthusiasm, positive outlook and a sense of humor, who excels at working independently and as a high functioning part of a small, tight knit, high impact/results oriented company. Must be flexible/adaptive to continually shifting priorities and workload distribution. Must have strong analytical, assessment, organizational, time management skills and successfully manage multiple projects from end to end. You Have:
* 4-7 years of high volume recruiting experience, preferably spanning both agency and corporate
* Must have significant success in sourcing, interviewing and evaluating quality candidates for marketing talent, consulting or permanent
* Strong customer service orientation and proven ability to create and nurture strong relationships with coworkers, candidates and clients
* Excellent communication skills. Must have solid interviewing skills (phone, Skype, in person), quickly establish rapport with candidates, gather information, quickly and accurately assess people and make effective hiring decisions
* Must have an intuitive sense of people, their capabilities and best "fit"
* Experience with sourcing/candidate generation techniques, including social and internet recruiting (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, GoogleBase, etc).
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* ATS experience, Oracle Taleo preferred
* Strong project management skills: must work effectively (maybe even thrive) under pressure, within tight deadlines and close business with efficiency
* Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Communications or similar. A baseline understanding of marketing, communications and events is required
Hours/Location: Full time, onsite in Campbell. Local, San Francisco Bay area candidates only. No phone calls please.
Duration: ASAP, full time
Salary: D.O.E., as a w-2 employee of Crawford Group (includes benefits)
