Integrated Marketing and Campaign Specialist
We are looking for an Integrated Marketing and Campaign Specialist for a global high technology company in Sunnyvale. The Integrated Marketing and Campaign Specialist will be responsible for partnering with senior team members to execute integrated marketing efforts (demand gen, emails, webcasts, events, etc) in the US and Canada regions.
This is a 40 hours per week role onsite at the client's offices in Sunnyvale, CA, for a 4 months (strong possibility of renewals). This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
• Write content for and create invitations, registration pages, and follow up emails.
• Manage webcast development aligned with corporate marketing messages, and ensure webcasts are included in broader integrated marketing campaign execution. Also may include email, direct mail, appointment promotions, installed and net new customer base programs.
• Develop content for email campaigns aligned with corporate programs and field marketing events. Work with marketing automation team to understand and prioritize all campaigns.
• Work with Social Media marketing to ensure alignment of messages that support existing campaigns.
• Ensure hand off of demand gen to telemarketing or inside sales teams. Work with Inside Sales, Business Development, and Field Marketing leadership to develop plans for call blitzes, including call list development, tools for the sales teams to use during the calling (scripts, emails), and communications of the program.
• Create reports and presentations for communications to field marketing, corporate marketing, and sales teams.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of marketing/demand generation experience is required; 3 to 5 years of experience is preferred.
• Preferred, some knowledge of Salesforce.com, Eloqua, or other marketing automation systems.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work both independently and on cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Light travel may be required, less than 10%.
• BS or BA in marketing, communication, or related area of study required.
