SR COMPENSATION ANALYST w/ 5-8 years experience
General comp plus global and sales comp experience.
Ability to communicate in a very sophisticated culture
and present effectively to management and executives.
Ability to flex for best support of client needs while educating
and communicating out successfully to client groups.
Very strong Excel (Pivot Tables) PowerPoint, Word. Access Database
experience desired.
A strong consultative and customer focus background will succeed
in this role and environment.
